Our Foundation:
Fractional Operations
Accolade Sport started in Oakland, California. The company was founded to provide “fractional front office” support to small and medium-sized sports programs, training camps, and athletic products with specialized needs or approaching a critical juncture in the development of the enterprise.
Operational support ranged from fundraising prep to GTM strategy and our clients included athletic training tools, coach-founded camps, philanthropic youth sports programs.
Accolade’s unique brand of project and strategic management now extends internationally and includes sports data deal-brokering, continental expansion campaigns, and virtual sports-ed programming and marketing.
Our System:
Franchise Development
International expansion of our services has also led to the launch of our own sports and team management division. Our Eastern Corporate HQ in Bucharest, Romania, is the seat of our Balkan sports development operations. Three sports are currently under development by our team in the region.
We currently provide management and strategic support to American Football and Basketball clubs throughout the Balkans (and greater Eastern Europe).
Our enterprise development team has also launched a first-of-its-kind cheer and dance project in Romania. This represents Accolade’s first internal sports franchise generation project and is set to launch in early 2027.
